With Healthy Head products, you avoid putting unnecessary strain on the environment. All items have been scanned in the Forbrugerrådet Tænk app – the Danish Consumer Council – and contain no ingredients identified as harmful to the environment. This way, you help protect nature, whether you choose products with or without an official eco-label.
When you buy products from Healthy Head, you reduce your risk of allergies – whether you choose products with or without an official allergy label. All items have been scanned in the Forbrugerrådet Tænk app – the Danish Consumer Council – and contain no allergy-causing ingredients. Some selected products do contain perfume, and where that is the case, it is clearly stated on the product page.
Healthy Head accepts online payments with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, MobilePay, ViaBill, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Vipps, and iDEAL.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country of residence.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped. All amounts on the website are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Healthy Head uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders. Healthy Head’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol, so your data is protected.
The money will only be deducted once your order has been shipped.
Yes, we encrypt all your information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read the information you register when you shop at HealthyHead.
Delivery times vary between countries, but are typically 2–3 business days.
Orders placed with PostNord/PDP before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day.
Orders placed with GLS before 1:00 p.m. are also shipped the same day.

There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the webshop. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after you have received your item.
All orders placed in November and December can be exchanged until February 1st.

Any return costs are at your own expense. However, we can provide a prepaid return label upon request — the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive a return label or inquire about the return shipping cost, please contact us at kontakt@healthyhead.dk.

At Healthy Head, we attach great importance to the goods being sold being pristine for both health protection and hygiene reasons. Therefore, you lose your right of withdrawal if you open or even break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.
There is a 14-day full right of exchange on items purchased on the webshop. The exchange period expires 14 days after you have received your item.
