What requirements do your products meet regarding the environment?

With products from Healthy Head, you avoid burdening the environment unnecessarily, as they have all been tested by the Danish Consumer’s Organisation “Tænk” and do not contain ingredients that are problematic for the environment. This protects the environment, regardless of whether you buy goods with or without an official eco-label.

What requirements do your products meet regarding allergies?

When you buy products from Healthy Head, you reduce the risk of allergies, regardless of whether you buy products with or without an official allergy label. They are all tested by the Danish Consumer’s Organisation “Tænk” and contain no allergenic substances. Some products contain perfume. Whenever this is the case, it is obvious, whether by of the product name or otherwise clarified. You can also use the perfume filter that appears on all product pages. What requirements do your producta meet regarding endocrine disruptors?
All our products have been tested by the Danish Consumer’s Organisation “Tænk” and are 100% free of endocrine disruptors.

What means of payment can I use?
At HealthyHead you can pay with the following means of payment:
Visa, Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, Master Card, Master Card Debit, JCB, American Express, Viabill and MobilePay.

When do you withdraw the money?
The money will only be deducted once your order has been shipped.
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes, we encrypt all your information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read the information you register while shopping at HealthyHead.

DeliveryDelivery

What is the delivery time of my order?

Delivery time and shipping price are as follows:

When ordering with PostNord before 4 pm Danish time (3 pm UK time) the package is sent the same day.
When ordering with GLS before 11 am UK time, the package is sent the same day.
This does not apply to items stated to be order items.

For orders over DKK 500, you get free delivery.

How do I create an account?
You automatically create an account in the check-out process. This can be done using an email address,
or you can use a Facebook profile.

I received my package, but it's damaged. What do I do?
Contact us , and we will find a solution together.
How do I return my order?
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the webshop. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received your item.
All orders placed in November and December any year can be exchanged until February 1st.

Upon return, the item is to be sent to:

8000 Aarhus C, Denmark

In addition, you should send an email to info@healthyhead.dk, where you state that you want to return the item.

Item condition at return:
At Healthy Head, we put great emphasis on the goods sold being untouched for both health protection and hygiene reasons. Therefore, you lose your right of withdrawal if you open or indeed break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.

How do I exchange my order?
There is a 14-day full exchange right on items purchased on the webshop. The exchange deadline expires 14 days after you have received your item.

If exchanging, the item is to be sent to:

8000 Aarhus C, Denmark

In addition, you should send an email to info@healthyhead.dk, stating which items you want to exchange the item for.
Any difference is paid out or paid in by bank transfer.
